The Challenge

Seekers built the leading B2C self-development company in Portugal: a €3M-a-year business with 200K+ followers and 60+ employees.

But the company had outgrown its systems. Knowledge lived in people's heads, sales calls held answers nobody had time to find, and leadership decisions ran on numbers that took days to assemble.

The Approach

We built one complete AI Growth System each month, owned by the Seekers team, not rented from us.

We started with the Business OS, since every other system depends on it. From there: call analysis to understand customers, dashboards to see the business live, and customer intelligence to direct effort and spend.

The Results

Four systems now run as one operating layer, and the impact shows up as new revenue and lower cost.

  • New upsell revenue they could not see before. Call and customer data surfaced exactly what to upsell, and to whom.
  • Spend pointed at the right customers. Marketing budget and effort now go to the segments that actually convert and retain.
  • Hours of manual reporting removed. Dashboards update live, so nobody assembles numbers by hand anymore.
